Full Stack Not Fully Explained
I wish the author did a better job explaining. and illustrating “full stack” concepts, activities and outcomes. As a person who worked both in clinical care and public health for the past 40 years dedicated to preventing diabetes (and successfully accomplishing this myself with healthful diet and exercise behaviors) it isn’t clear what the author is proposing for health system changes. Genes have likely played a role in his prediabetes. And good nutrition and fitness can continue to prevent conversion to diabetes. But the content of his explanation re health system changes falls far short of a full stack.
