How to Make Your First trade with SolTradingBot
So, hopefully by now you have read the first two guides on setting up the SolTradingBot. If not I have them linked below.

Now, this guide is going to get into how to make your first trade. Firstly, lets open up your SolTradingBot in Telegram and type in “/start”.
I already have a test wallet generated here, but I’m going to make a new one by clicking on “Generate New Wallet.”
- When you click on “Generate New Wallet”, it will generate you two things:
Address: This is the address of you wallet that you will be sending Solana to, and using to trade with the bot.
Private Key: This is the key to connect your wallet with an external wallet, such as Phantom Wallet or Solflare. If you want to do this, just open up an external wallet and use the Address and Private Key to connect them to easily transfer Solana between your accounts.
DO NOT SHARE THIS KEY WITH ANYONE AS THAT IS HOW THEY CAN GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
2. Once you have the new address, go ahead and transfer some Solana to this new wallet. This is wallet the bot is going to trade from. You can also connect your existing Solana wallet to the bot via the “Connect Wallet” button, but I prefer to keep my personal wallets and trading wallets isolated.
3. Once you have that all set up, you can start making your own trades! You can do this by pasting in a token contract into the chat, and following the buttons to buy or sell tokens. I have a short demo below of how it works, along with any initial setup you may have missed in the earlier guides
