I’ve got the “basic” PMS: it took me several months to understand what those horrible mood swings and depression-like symptoms were. The most useful thing for me is the awareness of it: if I am able to recognise that what I feel is PMS (thanks to Clue reminders too!) it becomes easier for me to cope with it. Thanks for sharing the awareness!
