Confidence vs Cockiness

Who wants to be successful and enjoy what they do everyday? Because I want to and I bet you do to. The thing is people are always knocking you or bringing you down. Confidence and cockiness have become so integrated that is it so hard to differentiate which one is which.

Cockiness is saying something without much proof of it being true. Furthermore, having a big ego. On the other hand, confidence is the feeling or belief that one can have in something and someone (YOURSELF). Unfortunately, we live in a world where many people want their friends to do well but not as well as themselves. Therefore, if you are genuinely the best at maths in your class and you could prove it, you can say it. People may knock you down and tell you you’re being cocky.

You know what I say, if you’re fuckin good at something and you know it don’t be afraid to say it. Don’t let society have 1up over you. You need to be able to influence and let it play into your favour. MASTER IT. If you can control externalities and how society works for you, you’re in an amazing position.

Tip of the day:

Don’t let people drag you down, have a strong belief in your ability. I know you can do it and so you should.
