Self appreciation

I’ve had a great day today and most of it was spent alone by myself. However, this doesn’t mean I had a bad time, it was super awesome.

Spending time alone can either be super amazing or super bad although it depends what you do. Take yourself on solo dates, spending time to self indulge does more good than any harm.

Meditation- spend time meditating because it brings us closer to ourselves, do it as much as you can, 1 minute to sit back and take in the good things about yourself and having some gratitude makes you connect with yourself on a higher level and strengthens the relationship you have with yourself.

Journalling, I use this platform as a public journal to help everyone learn from I have on a daily basis. I also have a physical hardback book to write down what I have experienced. Journalling brings us closer to ourselves because sometimes it’s easier to write our true feeling than say them out loud so if you can it is useful to do so. Nevertheless, time is a huge constraint and sometimes it is hard to think about what to say, just do it whenever you feel it is right because that’s when you’ll connect with yourself.

Tip of the today:

Always try to spend time with yourself because you are always going to be with yourself til the day you die, so build on yourself to be better.
