The league’s $100M cash grab seems to be inevitable, but which companies will advertise remains a mystery. — NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is on record saying that ads on uniforms are inevitable. Only, it isn’t entirely yet just which companies will be gracing the front of the league’s jerseys: “I think it’s coming. It’s inevitable. It’s such as enormous opportunity for our sponsors to connect with us. I think the marketplace is asking for it.”

Danny Kanell Thinks There Is A War On Football

The ex-QB-turned-ESPN broadcaster’s dismissal of a New York Times Op-Ed sparked a Twitter firestorm. Golden State Warriors Owner Joe Lacob Is Into Some Crazy Sh*t

Someone may have misread the tags for Craigslist’s Casual Encounters. — When teams or individuals win trophies, the subsequent celebration typically involves fairly innocuous displays — parades, appearances at police or fire departments, drunk poker with the buddies, maybe a ride in the passenger seat of a convertible.
