The Untold Consequences Of Our Gender Biases.

Very valid line of thought.

I also think one other way to see it is as an investment in the gender equality movement. If the men, women and girls (no boys), are sensitized about sexism, when these boys grow up, the process would have to repeat itself. This means it’ll be a constant loop of never fully sensitized humans — because there would always be men needing sensitization.

In other words, those at the forefront of the women empowerment movement should realize that as much as the sensitization is needed for the MEN, it’s also needed for the BOYS. This isn’t a case of top down or bottoms up. This is inside out.
