For my Level 1 Coaching Football I have been tasked to run a 15 minute session called “Traffic Lights”Traffic Lights Initial Set Up -In a safe area every player has a ball. -When coach shows a red cone players must stop with foot on ball. -When yellow cone is shown, players must change direction. -When green cone is shown, players must increase speed.
