I would advise anyone researching this topic to find a better source of rape myths and facts. This link takes us to a page that was published in 2001 — cultural perceptions about rape have not only undergone significant change since that time, but many of the statistics listed are probably not as accurate as more modern statistics could be, and this source in particular displays several blatantly improbable statistics and opinions expressed as statistics, which frankly make the rest of the work suspect.
