Anytime anyone feels isolated, constrained or overlooked it’s important that they know they’re not alone. So many of us struggle with ourselves in the complexities of our daily lives. Having something to default back to so that you understand things will be okay is a great way to reset. Be it a cup of coffee or tea, or a walk or a run, we should all have some small we do for ourselves.
