WhatsApp for iPhone gets Picture-in-Picture support for video calls Picture-in-Picture (PiP) capability for video conversations on iPhone was first made available to beta users in December, but it is now being made available to all users worldwide with an iPhone running iOS 12.0 or later.

For video calls, WhatsApp for iPhone now supports Picture-in-Picture.

With the rollout of PiP functionality for video calls on WhatsApp for iPhone, version 23.3.77, users can multitask while on a WhatsApp video call simply dismissing the WhatsApp app.

That’s not all, though. With the most recent version, you may now send documents with captions. For further information, see the changelog for the update down below.

To make it simpler to describe your groups, support for longer group subjects and descriptions has been added.

You may now make customised avatars and use them as profile pictures and stickers. To begin, navigate to Settings > Avatar.
