We certainly require disruption from the paradigm we inhabit.

Interesting article. I’m not sure it’s so much a war on disruption as it is that disruptive change is carrying on as expected. Whatever solutions, be they concerning media, the global economy or government are sure to be scarier than the problem; this is the essence of the age, and no epoch has marched forward without it.

One question that should be asked however, is whether the world will leave the business of disruption and disruptive change to big institutions like Facebook? And whether leaving a serious matter such as “truth” in the media up to them is really disruptive at all, or more of the same paradigm?
