I love lists, and as such, yours is intriguing … I shared it on my FB feed, which led my friends to question why (1) the list is so male dominated and (2) where are the books by non-white authors?

Not one suggested it was a poor list, by any means, just lacking in representations … I, being a relative non-reader compared to these others, who prefers math problems to essays, have no answer and was wondering if you might.
