my suggestions:

  1. reload card-start screen: since you ommitted the parts that show the card info like card ID and expiry date. Yes, there’s a warning screen for when the card is about to expire, but I’d say: add a “more info” button. Some folks actually want to see that ahead of time, instead of being stood up.
  2. for the “more info” button, maybe a show a QR code since some wants to copy that info quickly.
  3. reload card-top up screen: still waiting for that feature that selects a smaller value when you insert a big note (when you meant to load 200, but you only have a 500, this gave me a big hassle one time when the cashier line was long). I don’t understand why the single journey card can give change, but the reload card does not(maybe it’s the machine’s fault, but I don’t know). If they do implement this feature, I’ll let you suprise me with how you implement an add/subtract value buttons under the “load inserted” part of that screen
