Steve Glaveski comes to the Summit from Australia, where he is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author and podcast host. He will speak about The business case alternative: How to support disruptive innovation at a large company.

Steve Glaveski, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Collective Campus, a corporate innovation hub, school and consultancy based in Australia that works with companies around the globe to unlock their latent potential and create more impact for humanity. Collective Campus does this by empowering organizations with the mindset, methods and tools to build, measure and learn faster. This extends to education and training, culture change engagements and corporate startup accelerator programs

Steve’s team has helped large financial services, telco and legal services companies with their innovation objectives. His client list includes the likes of Telstra, National Australia Bank, King & Wood Mallesons, Clifford Chance, BNP Paribas, Maddocks, Microsoft, Mills Oakley, Australian Unity, MetLife Insurance, Village Roadshow and Sportsbet. Collective Campus has also been home to and incubated over 50 startups which have collectively raised more than US$12M.

More recently, Steve founded Lemonade Stand, a children’s entrepreneurship program for 9–12 year olds that teaches them the fundamentals of design thinking, the lean startup philosophy, coding, 3D modeling and AR. The program has been rolled out across Australia and Singapore to over 1,000 children.

Steve wrote the Innovation Manager’s Handbook which was an Amazon bestseller, hosts two podcasts, Corporate Innovation School and Future² (winner of the 2017 Australian Podcasting Awards People’s Choice award in the Business category), and is a keynote speaker on the topic of corporate innovation.

He previously founded HOTDESK, an office sharing platform and has worked for the likes of Westpac, Dun & Bradstreet, the Victorian Auditor General’s Office, Ernst & Young, KPMG and Macquarie Bank.

Hosted by the Inside/Outside Innovation podcast team, and led by Brian Ardinger, CEO of NXXT, the Inside/Outside Innovation Summit is a 2-day national conference that will bring together high-growth startups, corporate innovators and community leaders to collide and engage with new startups, new technologies, new business models and new talent.
