Welcome to N8 — The Shed — at Nordsøvej 8. We are inviting companies or individuals for a cost efficient desk or full office in Nordhavn.

Originally an old warehousing facility for divers working in the dry docks of Nordhavn. Completely renovated and rebuilt into a beautiful and bright office space in April 2016.

About the office

● 572 m2 in two bright floors

● Exceptional sea-side view(s)

● Three shared meeting rooms

● Shared kitchen and dining facilities

● Three bathrooms whereof two has showering

● Dedicated parking facilities

● 75/75 MB internet connection

At the moment we have the following available:

● Individual desks at 3.500 DKK per desk in a big open space

● Closed office space with 5 desks at 15.500 DKK; it fits up to 6 desks if needed

All desks are brand new and height adjustable. A desk comes with lighting, wiring, a chair and coffee arrangement. Completely plug and play from day one. It is also possible to participate in a shared lunch and fruits catering.

About us

You’ll share the space with JourneyXP that also manages it. We take up 16 desks here and look forward to welcome more people. JourneyXP is a customer journey management platform that helps business attract, win and retain lifetime customers.

About you

Preferably you or your company are working within IT, Marketing or Consulting. We would really love for business synergies to grow in our environment. It’s not a requirement, but these industries will be prioritised in front of others.
