The Motivation Myth.

Forget the myth.

You don’t need endless motivation.

Nobody has it.

You need good habits:

Recall the goal,
Stick to the plan.

Surround yourself with people who are doing similar things,

(yes, this includes your social media hangs.)

Remind yourself why you’re on the path.

Then get on with it.

Do the ‘do’.

Rinse. Repeat.
