The largest home in the USA is going to auction. And we are buying it!

Once presented as the most expensive home in the United States - is heading to auction. The 105,000 square foot home, called The One, is the largest single-family home and one of the most expensive residential homes in the world. This is the first time that the property has been put up for sale.

And a DAO (The One DAO) is being formed to purchase the estate, once it goes on auction at the end of February.

With 21 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms, the property can accommodate more than 15 thousand DAO members per year, to enjoy. The DAO will vote on hosting events in the night club, bowling tournaments or allowing walking tours of the property. As the organization will be fully decentralized, each member will be able to vote on the future of the home.

The estate sits on 3.8 acres and boasts 360-degree panoramic views of the Pacific Oceans, the San Gabriel Mountains, and downtown Los Angeles. Amenities include five pools, a full-service beauty salon, wellness spa, nightclub, 10,000-square-foot sky deck, 400-foot private outdoor running track — complete with a glass wall view of the city — and a Dolby Digital movie theater.

The massive abode also features artwork by Mike Fields, Stephen Wilson, and Simone Cenedese, including a rotating custom statue, a butterfly installation, and a bespoke glass sculpture.

There’s even a three-bedroom guest house with floor-to-ceiling windows, parquet flooring, a custom bar, four-lane bowling alley, putting green, wellness center, gym, 64-foot indoor pool, juice bar, tennis court, 10,000-bottle wine cellar, 30+ car garage, and more.

The One DAO will bid on on the auction of the home at the end of February. If succesful in acquiring the estate, the DAO will vote on proposals submitted from its members. With 21 bedrooms and at 2 beds per room, The One can accomodate more that 15,000 DAO members per year. A paid walking tour will be available to the public and parties for DAO members as well as the Crypto community will be held in the nightclub. There’s even a plan for a bowling tournament.
