12 May 2017 — Love is …

‘Love is never having to say you are sorry’ according to a certain film. And it is amazing when one has that kind of rapport with someone else. However, for most of us someone saying ‘sorry’ when we are feeling a little maligned or hard done by, is sweet music to the ears. I find myself saying ‘sorry’ frequently when out when I bump into strangers or get in their way whether or not it is they who have bumped into me or gotten in my way. But saying ‘sorry’ to those you love is often a lot harder because of having to admit one has been in the wrong.

Perhaps the saying should read: ‘love is not being afraid to admit that one is in the wrong’.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
