A ‘toughy’ that one — as mostly we like to play safe. A few days ago I wrote about bringing change into our daily lives, something I’m still working on! I feel that change is beckoning me, that the new shore is just ahead but fear of leaving behind the known is getting in the way. This of course brings conflict and The Point of Power is definitely not mine as I allow fear to rule me. I am, however, managing to stay with these feelings without hiding them in excitement, or ignoring them through watching TV or choosing to feel depressed.
