Add business card enhancements in Scan 2.0 before uploading a card to Salesforce.

If you haven’t noticed already, our scan app looks a little different. And that is because, here at Vision-e, we are turning things up a notch. Our goal is to keep providing you the fastest, easiest and most accurate way to get information in Salesforce so that you can continue to connect with your customers in incredible ways.

The hard truth is, if information is not in Salesforce you can’t engage with your customers, or like some people say, the information simply doesn’t exist. So what we’ve done is taken the same concept and technology that powers our app in getting business card information to Salesforce to also get additional information like QR codes, barcodes, voice memos, and just about anything you can think of where it needs to be.

What makes our app so valuable is that it is Salesforce native. So once you get information in Salesforce, you can take action on it by leveraging processes and marketing automation to transform your customer engagement strategy and ensure you are not losing valuable opportunities.

Our new mobile interface allows for enhancements on a business card before uploading it to Salesforce so that customer engagement becomes more attainable and record-specific. With the ability to attach your voice to a business card, you can easily create new tasks that attach to a specific record in Salesforce, like a reminder to follow up with a customer.

In addition, you can include a secondary picture, which is great for capturing locations, people or other important objects that are associated with the business card. The value in this enhancement is the ability to recall the exact person, place, moment, issue, conversation, etc. that pertains to the record in Salesforce and allows for a more connected relationship between you and the customer.

Take a secondary picture to include with your business card.

One use case to consider is a company that uses the primary image to capture an applicant’s contact information on a resume, followed by a secondary picture of the applicant’s entire resume. The company not only has the information needed in Salesforce to reach out to the applicant, but it also has additional information on what the applicant’s relevant qualifications are like skills, education, and experience via the secondary photo.

With the last enhancement you can add notes, mention co-workers, and include #’s with your business card, so you’re not only strengthening engagement with customers, but also improving internal communication and interconnectivity.

If you’re looking to transform or enhance your customer engagement strategy, you first have to get customer information where it needs to be: in Salesforce. With a solution that allows you to do so conveniently and effortlessly from wherever you are, you can begin connecting and communicating with customers sooner than competitors while greatly increasing your opportunities to win. Start today!

By getting information into Salesforce, you can strengthen customer engagement and increase your opportunities to win.
