Every Public High-school in America

The public education system cares not for the student but for it’s reputation. The school district cares not if a student cries themselves to sleep. The school district cares not if a student is taunted and teased to the point of self immolation. The school district cares not if a teacher’s tyranny as long as exemplary test scores are produced. The school district cares not if hours of precious sleep are lost to exceed the bottomless pit of educators expectations. It is unless a student pays a hefty tuition, or is found dead against the pavement that the public education system cares. Even if it is too late.
