What does OBE mean in education?
Outcome-based education (OBE) eradicates the conventional emphasis of what the school offers to students in favor of requiring students to show that they “know and can do” whatever the desired results are.
The OBE meaning in education is to focus on reforms & creating specific prospects for observable, measurable outcomes. Nothing in OBE requires that a certain result must be implemented. Many countries’ written OBE standards are relying on mathematics, language, science, and history. They are by no means mentioning behaviors, social skills, or moral principles.
