Top 4 Spring Allergy Triggers

If your like me the spring brings a welcome change from the cold weather, chapped lips and digging yourself out of your driveway (especially being from the East Coast). Although I welcome short sleeves and flip flops, I suffer from seasonal allergies. With that said, I was looking into what the top triggers for these allergies are and came across this infographic:

Some common indoor allergy triggers are:

  • Airborne Pollen
  • Spring Cleaning
  • High Humidity
  • Pet Dander

  • Runny nose
  • Watery eyes
  • Sneezing
  • Coughing
  • Itchy eyes and nose
  • Dark circles under the eyes

These symptoms can be a nightmare for allergy sufferers and cause disruption of work and other daily activities. When over the counter medications are not enough, it’s recommended to see a doctor trained to treat Sinus and Allergy Ailments. In the meantime, if you suffer from seasonal allergies, its best to avoid these spring allergy triggers.
