What happens to sleep if you are on your smartphone just before bed
I just saw this on utube and I think you should too. My advice - make a new year’s resolution to turn off your smart phone two hours before bedtime. Drink a glass of water with lemon and listen to a meditation tape or sacred music that takes away your racing thoughts. It’s okay if thoughts come in, just don’t follow them Find a personal mantra that is calming and fulfilling that your body associates with sleep. Sweet dreams everyone!
