Day 5

Alright. Welcome back. Its day 5 and I opened up the cover to see whats going on. Its been a bit warmer and things are progressing a littl slowly. I wa hoping for more activity, but, its not quite ready yet. This is normal. It might take 6 or 7 days to really start going off, so no worries. I double fed mine today to try to “kick start” it. 2 spoons of flour, instead of one and no water. It makes it thick and kind of rough looking, but thats OK. The bugs will devour it and hopefully start bubbling big time. For a beginner, this is frustrating as I had been thinking it had failed. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Smell it, still has that aroma. Its alive, trust me. Its just going to make us wait a bit more. OK? Great, hang in there. I would like to see some of your projects also. Maybe take a pic and leave it in a reply and lets see what they look like. Tomorrow, day 6 and maybe we will be about ready for the starter phase. Have a great day everyone.
