Asking you where you went, after you told them where
Asking you indirect questions
(not revealing what they are really asking you)
“How was your day”,
may be a way to get information about where you went, with whom and so forth.
“Did you do anything in particular?”,
may mean, they already know what you did, and are going to see if you lied.
Checking In On You
They call you/text you, to see if you are where you said you would be, they want proof, they accuse you of lying, asking you multiple times.
They Add a Safety Feature to the Phone Plan

They Leak Your Whereabouts in Conversation
If they ask you questions that they shouldn't have information about, and this information (the fact you went to Burger King, got in a fight with your friend), tell you you either are being tracked with a Stalker App, or someone else is telling them things abut you.
They Get Angry When You Talk About the Opposite Sex
This shows jealousy, possession, potential obsession over you
You Always Feel Nervous, Walking on Eggshells, around them
Pay attention to how you feel, it’s insightful. Therapists and doctors aren’t always correct that “feeling and reality are different”. Sometimes, your feelings are telling you the reality.
Punishment-Control
There are punishments for not obeying their rules.
You’re not allowed to go out with your friends, co-workers.
You’re always defending yourself.
Your accused of things that aren’t true.
