Some Anonymous or More Secure Transportation for Escaping

When your first escaping, you will need go from Point A (the danger), to Point B (a temperary safer place) and later to Point C, and D.
- OPSEC Risks
If you’re car/phone, has tracking devices on it,
(or you can’t remove your highway pass, which may send an email and later notify your abuser)
you will need to use public transport, a bike, a friends car, a cheap car at a junk yard…or go by foot.

Security/OPSEC Note:
If using debit card, it needs to be a new debit card, with a new bank and bank account, with different address (preferably a virtual mailbox or private mail box)

Escape Options
Greyhound (use a password, cash)
Taxi (expensive..cash)
Blah blah car (US)(or related services)
Friend (go with them only part of the way, make sure you detour a little and provide them with false information to protect yourself in case your abuser talks to them.
Train (cash is safest otherwise a new debit card)
Uber/Lyft (see if you can use a pre-paid cash card, such as one bought from walmart with cash, otherwise is a new debit card)
-dont put your picture on them if possible
Plane (I dont know if you can pay in cash and or make the itenary private? It is worth asking)
Safer Payment Methods
(where possible)
-paypal (use a business account that doesnt have your name in the email or business name)
-pre-paid debit card

Other Transportation Options
Junkyard Car ( see if you can change the license plate, remember, there’s a risk there’s a tracker on your car)
Bike (the danger is related to riding on the road, the weather)
Foot (the danger is when your on a busy road or traveling through rough areas)
Hotels (ask them how to make your room.more private, some allow you to place a second name on your room Make sure you use a normal name like Jay/Jane Smith)
