An interesting concept . I am curious to see how it CUI evolves in dashboard products and it really depends on the problems it tries to solve.
As some others have pointed out here, “Christina” might work for a novice dashboard user — perhaps as part of an onboarding or training module within. Maybe for nicely worded notifications too :-).
For someone who might see and use the dashboard day in and out, this conversational mode might become a hindrance. An expert can easily decipher a trend from a visual and dig deeper, instead of having to read-interact-answer (more steps too). Perhaps CUI will work well in executing tasks, new plots, changing settings, alerts etc in a different while working one on screen. Thoughts?
