That frustration should be channeled into empowerment in order to form practical, incremental change, rather than succumbing to it and scrapping our system in its entirety.

Here’s the problem with Hilary’s rhetoric: We’ve already tried incremental change. If that were enough, we wouldn’t have this conversation eight years after hoping Obama would do something big.
You can’t possibly expect her to bring change to the heart of the problem (Campaign Finance Reform and Wall Street) when she’s getting paid millions of dollars to speak to them. This current set up isn’t working, nor did the Republican set up prior to this. It’s not enough, and younger voters (the ones who will feel the brunt of the change the most), are aware of that.
