Practice. The more you want to do something/change, the more work you’ll put in to achieve it.

Ask yourself why you feel the need to do it and what’s stopping you from trusting yourself enough to let the idea out without censoring it.

Having an idea that won’t leave you alone until it’s written down helps, too. That makes it a lot harder to edit as you go because you need to get the idea out of your system.
