Mateja, I’m a little troubled here by the fact that you are purporting to be writing a book advising new authors how to self-publish when you clearly do not have the faintest clue how the industry works and when you have no track record as a self-published author yourself.

Leaving aside that you have no idea about book resellers and that, as Nate has pointed out, your books being available is entirely legitimate, there are disturbing observations elsewhere in this nonsensical series that demonstrate extraordinary ignorance of the industry.

Let’s take your beyond laughable assertion that royalties from Amazon “suck” and Draft2Digital and Pronoun offer higher royalties when in fact Amazon and Pronoun royalties are identical at 70% and D2D pays 60%.

In part one of your series you stated with not a hint of irony “Beware of the self-publishing advice blogs. Some of them are great and give good advice, all too many, however, only offer useless or even damaging suggestions.”

So true, and sadly yours is one of them.
