On Wine. A tragedy.

The wine industry hasn’t done that. The wine industry (the real wine industry, not the bulk liquid goods industry) has been telling anybody who will listen that wine comes in all forms and manners — that cool climate wines are SUPPOSED to be different from hot climate ones. That unpronouncable grapes are okay, and that experimentation is good.

The media industry, OTOH, has been promoting a wine grade system that has created the idea of the ideal wine.
