I would never work for a startup where I didn’t know or agree with the founders’ specific vision, value proposition, and plan to make it happen. The fact that the founders couldn’t articulate same would have been a non-starter for me (and would absolutely have been something I drilled them on in the interview).

Outside of that, I would have been outta there the second paychecks stopped showing up.
