Ikea is always the answer for cheap and reliable furniture. I’d skip the BB&B sofa…outside of their core offerings the quality of their stuff is inconsistent at best. It almost feels like BB&B picks random stuff to sell after Homegoods and/or Marshalls have had a first shot.

Splurge on high quality sheets. Like the mattress, they will make such a difference to your quality of sleep. In my opinion, it’s always worth it to allow a spend on items that will make your relaxation areas more comfortable (where you sleep and where you sit). Those are the things that turn your home from a place where you live into a place that you really want to be.
