Open offices are up there with ‘leadership’ training and formal force matched mentoring programs as the all-time most worthless concepts ever championed by too touchy-feely HR types.

They sound so forward thinking and innovative on the surface but in reality, anybody with a reasonable sense of empathy or a decent understanding of human behavior should be able to see that they’re horrible wastes of time.
