This is my little creation for the week. This recipe has been in the family for years but was never once tried this way before. Ordinarily, the sponge is baked in a ring and topped with chocolate. Although a great recipe, it became monotonous so I decided to change things up a bit. Adding some new twists to the recipe really made this cake a hit at home! Between you and I, all I really changed was the size and the frosting method and ingredients!
Take on life the same way. Maybe you’re facing a problem that won’t go away and you can’t figure out what to do to help it. Try approaching your situation differently, looking at it in a different light or try reaching the core of the problem.

I haven’t attached the frosting method because truly, you can top it with anything. In actual fact, it’s not even frosting.
250g fresh cream
1 tin of caramel
And a really great automatic whisk.
I then just melted chocolate and drizzled it everywhere.
