Why U is the most important alphabet and no is the most important word

Its not easy. Not by a long shot.

I guess thats a dramatic beginning to a new piece. But what isn't easy?

I could go on and on and on about all the things that are difficult in life but today I just want to focus on one important thing. What if I told you that there was one reason why you don't see as much success in your professional life as you want to. What if I told you that your love life isn't holding up because of the same reason. And then what if I told you that you could change this whole problem with a single word.

You would probably look at me like I am insane.

But I speak the truth. And I speak it because I have lived it, and in some weird way, I continue to live it. My life isn't a complete success. But I'm on the path to turn it around. So here is the reason why your life isn't as spectacular as you want it to be.

Its you. The problem is not you, the person — its you, the image.

You see, we, as a collective, are very poorly aware of ourselves. Our level of self awareness is actually dismal. Lower than that, if thats even possible. And the reason why we lack this awareness about us is because from a young age, we are taught to do one thing and one thing only: focus on the world outside.

So the result of all this external focus is the creation of an image, a facade, if you will, of all the things you want to be for the people around you. A valedictorian for your parents, a good kisser for your girlfriend, a strong guy who drinks beer for your friends. Sound familiar? It's okay. We all do it.

You see, the problem isn't that we strive to be someone we are not.

Thats normal. Because, how can you strive to be someone you already are? No, life is meant for you to become someone you're not.

The problem is that we strive to be someone we don't want to be.

Our entire life revolves around the people around us. I repeat: Our entire life revolves around the people around us.

We go through life, trying to make it big, trying to meet a standard that is sometimes un-meetable all the while, trying our hardest to find happiness. But we've all been kept from a simple truth about what happiness is.

Happiness is not the by product of hard work and grit.
Happiness is the root source of our grit and determination.

So then, we know what the problem is. It's this image that we've built of us, for ourselves. But how do we fix it. I promised you a one word solution to this issue and as promised, here is the word.

The word,

the solution to your problems is:

Thats is it.

You just gotta learn to say no. Say no to your parents. Say no to your friends, family, lovers. Whoever, it is, learn to say no. And I'll explain why this makes sense. We are so used to saying yes to the people around us because we don't know what we want. That is the unfortunate truth. But the minute we decide to work up the courage to say no, we will start thinking about the things that we want. It makes sense right? Because you have to give a reason for saying no and you can only give a reason if you know what you want for yourself.

You see, once this happens, once you decide to try and understand what you really want in life, you will start striving harder. Except, this time, you'd be going in the direction of where you want to be. And that will make all the difference, I promise.

So understand this. You are the center of your life. You, the person. Not you, the image. And if you want to turn your life around and find success in all the aspects of your life, you need to know what you want. Focus on you first. Then give your time and effort for the people around you. If something comes up that doesn't seem to be adding value to your life, learn to say no.

It wont be easy. Not by a long shot.

But it will be worth it.
