Stop the spammy notifications!

Agree that people are more than metrics, though companies are surely tracking how many notifications get you back to their site and as long as it’s > zero they will keep doing it. Notifications should be analogous to tapping on the shoulder of someone working with headphones on…Don’t bug me unless it’s necessary right now.

Even worse are notifications that require you to click to get any real information. “You have an alert”, click to read, “Here’s some useless information.” Urgh. Thanks for the interruption.

And you got to love that notifications always seem to popup when you’re sharing your screen.
