Why We Need to Reinvent Leadership

This is an excellent article. I need to re-read it when I’m more sober, and comment from the perspective of one who works for a company whose name shall be shielded (it begins with Hilton — autocorrect corrected my lower case h — and ends with Hotels). This is a subject that has been much on my mind lately, as we fall into that abysmal category of companies run by an archaic top-down philosophy, if you can call it that, full of old white men.
