Louise Peacock, the cotoneaster berries have not only continued to cling to their branches, but not a one fell off as I added some juniper branches and wove a string of mini-mini lights among them all. A bear could arrange anything in a vase better than I, but an entire tree, even a little potted tree, is a bit extravagant for one small woman, so I am quite content. Besides, look at those gorgeous juniper berries I’ll pluck to keep once the branches are spent. Along with a slice of ginger, a wedge of lemon, and a squeeze of honey, they make divine tea.
