We aren’t strangers to the difficulties of building companies. We understand that a strong and balanced ecosystem is an underrated and often overlooked ingredient for success. The emphasis on personal interactions will be evident from day one. Each of our ten participating companies will have varying needs that requires acceleration to be largely personalized and tailored to their specific needs. . We bring in a vast variety of mentors for this exact reason- to ensure that we have a breadth of experiences and functional expertise represented.

Our personalized approach includes a full day each week for indepth office hours with each of our ten teams in order to understand their progress and assess where the Dynamo “village” can be of help. Like the startups we have already worked with, we will constantly iterate our offering,which has been informed greatly by the experience Ted, Barry, and Allan bring to the table, as well as Jon during his time at some of the world’s top programs.

These personalized offerings will then culminate at our unique version of Demo Day, where industry executives and investors will spend a day in an intimate setting getting to know the businesses that we’ve accelerated and will build a more personal relationship with their the founders.
