Free market capitalism has shown excellent performances in delivering improved conditions to human beings in the previous century. It is very good at optimizing our economical system when there are no constraints. It seems incapable of dealing with constraints however.

So, it’s not surprising that neo-liberalism has always been working to eradicate constraints . Not sure it will be able to rely on the Supreme court to remove the capacity of the Earth atmosphere to store heat when CO2 concentration increases.
