Day #10: Be Patient

Yesterday I watched a Gary Vaynerchuk video.

It was another episode of DailyVee, and Gary was at Babson college doing a talk. A guy came up to him afterwards and said how his friends are getting married and have kids and everything in between.

Gary just replies, ‘Dude you’re young. Be patient. What age are you?’

‘27’

I’m thinking, ‘Well what the hell does that make me?’

I wonder am I part of the first generation of 18 year olds who don’t know what they want to do in life, and there worried about it. When most of our parents had dropped out of school at 15 and started working.

I don’t plan on straight out partying, smoking weed and lazing about for the next 10 years. It’s just not how I am built. But aside from that I’ve no clue where life will bring me.

Patience. I’ll keep that in mind Gary, thanks.
