My google image search does NOT have the camera icon allowing me to “search by image”?
If you are trying to use Google image search and cannot see the camera icon, the following information tells you how to search for images in Google.

Sometimes Google will not show the Camera Icon on Search bar. You can try to refresh the browser or check later.
However, if you are using a desktop or laptop there are two alternative methods to search for an image with Google.
- You can drag the image from your desktop or files into the search bar.
- Or simply paste the image url into the search bar and it will ask you “did you mean to search by image?”
The first option is best if you have taken the image yourself and the second option is best if you are trying to search Google for an image that is on a website.
To get the URL of the image — “right click” and select “copy image url”
