The Burden of Proof

With Donald Trump locking up the GOP nomination this week, the biggest players of the Republican Party are slowly but surely getting in line behind Trump. Sure there are a few stragglers — those with their tails between their legs and their pride beaten down into a fine grain — but we know the stages of grief, and are empathetic enough to give them their time to recover from the Republican Primary.

Now, the narrative takes a major pivot.

Trump supporters no longer have to prove why their candidate is the best.

Now, it’s Trump or Hillary.

The implications of that binary decision cause the betas among us to cower.

They say, despite their registered party identities, they can vote third party and it won’t help the opposition candidate.

They say, despite their track record of voting (R) or (D), they can stay home and it won’t help the opposition candidate.

But we get how these things work. It’s Trump, or it’s Hillary.

The Burden of Proof has shifted heavily to those who say Trump is worse than Hillary, that Trump is more dangerous, more unstable, and more detrimental to the long-term health of our country.

Because from my vantage point, looking back on Hillary’s entire adult life, all I see is a minefield full of riddled body parts from victims of political corruption, sexual assault cover-ups, and embassy attacks abroad.

Don’t believe me? Let’s examine a timeline of Hillary’s Greatest Accomplishments:

HILLARY CLINTON’S “ACCOMPLISHMENT” TIMELINE

1964 — Hillary Rodham volunteers for Republican Barry Goldwater’s Presidential Campaign.

1965 — Elected President of the Young Republicans as a freshman at Wellesley College.

1969 — Hillary writes a mostly complementary senior thesis on Saul Alinsky — famous for his book Rules for Radicals.

1970 — Gets into Yale Law School.

1973 — Graduates from Yale, turns down Bill Clinton’s first proposal request.

1974 — Hillary is a member of the impeachment inquiry staff on the Watergate scandal…

“The 27-year-old Clinton was fired from the staff of the House Judiciary committee investigating the Watergate scandal in 1974. She was fired by her supervisor, lifelong Democrat Jerry Zeifman, who called her a liar and much worse.

“She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer,” he said. “She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

“Zeifman also refused to give Clinton a letter of recommendation, making her one of only three employees he snubbed during his 17-year career.”

1974 — Continues to turn down Bill Clinton’s marriage proposals.

Sometime Around 1974 — Hillary fails the D.C. Bar Exam

Sometime Around 1974 — Follows Bill to Arkansas, but continues to turn down his marriage proposals, “concerned that her separate identity would be lost and that her accomplishments would be viewed in the light of someone else’s,” which is a thing normal, functioning human beings think about those they “love.”

1975 — Buys a house with Bill before marrying him. Sad.

1976 — Her husband is elected Attorney General of Arkansas.

1977 — Hillary founds “Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.”

1978 — Husband elected Governor of Arkansas

1979 — Hillary becomes first woman partner of Rose Law Firm

1979 — While Bill is Governor of Arkansas, Hillary randomly takes to trading “cattle futures contracts,” and turned a $1,000 investment into $100,000 in ten months, which is totally something normal, private citizens do in that period of time.

1982 — After husband Bill loses reelection bid, Hillary suddenly gives up her lifelong pursuit of individual identity and begins publicly going by “Hillary Clinton” for the first time, sometimes even “Mrs. Bill Clinton,” which doesn’t seem calculating at all.

1983 — Fought and won a battle against the “Arkansas Education Association to establish mandatory teacher testing and state standard mandates.”

1985–1992 — Hillary resides on the Corporate Board of Directors for TCBY

1986–1992 — Hillary resides on the Corporate Board of Directors for Wal-Mart, where she, “was largely unsuccessful in a campaign for more women to be added to the company’s management, and was silent about the company’s famously anti-labor union practices.”

1992 — “The Clintons have been accused of hiring private investigators to not only dig up dirt on perceived adversaries — such as Juanita Broaddrick, the woman allegedly raped by Bill, and other abused women such as Gennifer Flowers, Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones — but to stalk, scare and threaten them.”

1993 — Her husband becomes POTUS

1993 — During Bill’s reign, Hillary and Bill turn the IRS into a “Gestapo” against organizations that opposed them.

1993 — Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster shoots himself in the face and dies.

“In his 2005 book “The Truth about Hillary: What She Knew, When She Knew It, And How Far She’ll Go to Become President,” Edward Klein wrote of Hillary’s involvement in the effort to remove Foster’s files: “The night of [Foster’s] death, Hillary launched one of the most shameful — and illegal — cover-ups of her entire career. She sent two of her most trusted White House loyalists — Maggie Williams, the First Lady’s chief of staff, and Patsy Thomasson, who was in charge of White House administration — into Foster’s office to retrieve embarrassing and incriminating documents related to Whitewater and Hillary’s other personal affairs. While White House Counsel Bernard Nussbaum barred investigators from entering Foster’s office, Maggie Williams, Patsy Thomasson, and Craig Livingston, Hillary’s director of White House security, removed armloads of files and loose-leaf binders.

“In addition, a White House staffer allegedly tampered with the titles of several memos and removed the First Lady’s initials in an effort to erase her role in improper behavior.”

1994 — Hillary’s major First Lady initiative for nationalized health care doesn’t get any support in the house or senate, and is “abandoned.” Following this, Republicans used Hillarycare to win 53 new seats in the house and senate in the mid-term elections.

1994 — The Whitewater investigation by independent counsel Kenneth Starr began in 1994 with accusations of impropriety against the Clintons and others concerning improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. Its initial subject was a failed Arkansas real-estate venture involving the Clintons in the 1980s that was linked to the collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan, a Little Rock savings bank run by the Clintons’ Whitewater business partners. Clinton friends James and Susan McDougal went to jail for fraud (James died while serving his sentence), as did former Arkansas Gov. Jim Tucker and municipal judges David Hale and Eugene Fitzhugh. The probe eventually expanded to include the death of deputy White House counsel Vincent Foster, the dismissal of White House travel office employees, receipt by the White House of a number of FBI files and the issue of whether President Clinton lied or obstructed justice to hide an affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.”

1996 — Hillary pathetically lies about being under “fire from snipers during a March visit to U.S. troops in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

1997 — Pushed the Adoption and Safe Families Act, which sounds nice.

1997-PRESENT — The Clinton Foundation is created. Millions of dollars in donations from foreign governments are accepted over the course of the next 20 years.

1998 — Husband sticks a cigar in the vagina of a White House intern, says, “Tastes good.” Hillary calls the charges, “a vast right-wing conspiracy.”

2000 — Despite never residing in NY or engaging in their political sphere before the election, Hillary Clinton becomes Senator of New York.

2001 — Hillary and Bill apparently “vandalized and looted” the White House when they left, taking much of the furniture, etc.

2001 — Hillary Clinton strongly supports military activity in Afghanistan

2001 — Hillary and Bill begin to make speeches to corporations and Wall Street Firms like Goldman Sachs. In one instance, she is paid over $600k for a 45 minutes speech.

2001 — Before Bill Clinton left the White House in 2001, he granted numerous controversial pardons — including to convicted tax evader Marc Rich, whose wife made significant contributions to Hillary’s 2000 Senate campaign and the Clinton presidential library. The Associated Press reported that Rich had been “indicted by a U.S. federal grand jury on more than 50 counts of fraud, racketeering, trading with Iran during the U.S. Embassy hostage crisis and evading more than $48 million in income taxes — crimes that could have earned him more than 300 years in prison.” Rich fled to Switzerland in 1983 after his indictment and remained on the FBI’s Most Wanted List until President Clinton pardoned him.

Also, Hillary’s brothers, Tony and Hugh Rodham, reportedly received large amounts of money from people who were pardoned by Bill Clinton. Hillary said she and Bill were unaware of the scheme.

Accuracy in Media reported, “Hugh Rodham, Hillary’s brother, was taking money and promising access to help get pardons. Two such high profile cases were those of drug kingpin Carlos Vignali and convicted swindler Glenn Braswell. Rodham received hundreds of thousands of dollars from each, and they were both granted pardons. Rodham was quoted as telling a top White House aide that the pardon for Vignali was ‘very important’ to Hillary.”

2002 — Hillary votes in favor of the Iraq War

2005 — Hillary strongly supports early removal from Iraq

2008 — Hillary runs for POTUS, loses miserably.

December 2008 — Hillary is elected Secretary of State. ISIS has around “700 adherents,” according to head of CIA. She immediately begins calling foreign countries to apologize on our behalf and say, “we have a lot of damage to repair.”

2009 — Now supports “surge” in Iraq.

2011 — Sec. of State as Arab Spring and Egypt Erupt into Chaos. Proceeds to push Intervention in Libya, overthrowing Hosni Mubarak. Also oversaw Syrian Civil War.

2012 — Essentially asleep for Benghazi. People die.

2013 — Hillary ends her reign as Sec. of State. Analysts describe her tenure as not having, “any signature diplomatic breakthroughs as some other Secretaries of State had.”

2013 — The state of the world after her reign as Sec of State:

  • ISIS had grown 4400%
  • Fall of Libya
  • Fall of Syria
  • Fall of Egypt
  • Benghazi Scandal
  • Rise of Russian Aggression

2013 — In a 2013 column titled “Proof Hillary isn’t fit to be president,” Larry Klayman wrote:

“Not to be outdone by her prior scandals, Hillary … masterminded a scheme whereby the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign of 1996 took bribes from communist Chinese banks and their government to bankroll the president’s and the Democratic Party’s re-election efforts when it appeared, due to their low standing in the polls, that all the stops needed to be pulled out. It was the lawsuit that I brought against Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, where at Hillary’s instruction, he literally sold seats on Department trade missions to China and elsewhere, which principally uncovered this. In late 1996 and early 1997, the scandal had burgeoned to such a level that joint congressional hearings were empaneled, ultimately to be shut down when Democrats uncovered illegal fundraising by some Republicans. The two parties, faced with mutual assured destruction, simply took an exit stage left. However, I soldiered on with my lawsuit. And, while I uncovered a lot about Bonnie and Clyde and their Chinese ‘friends,’ this scandal ultimately took back seat to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, since the media preferred sex to foreign espionage and graft. Hillary and Bill were ironically saved by Monica, who became the lightening rod drawing attention away to what at the time was perhaps the biggest scandal — Chinagate — in American history.”

2015 — News comes out that Hillary Clinton had a private, unauthorized email server while serving as Secretary of State. Investigations reveal DOZENS of highly classified state documents were shared over an unprotected server. An FBI investigation ensues (and continues to this day).

2016 — Hillary runs for POTUS. As of May 5th, 2016, she has yet to win the nomination from one, openly socialist old white man. Donald Trump secures nomination from a group of 17 Republican Governors, Senators, and Conservative Rock Stars.

2016 — Hillary Supports the Iran Deal.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan.

Let’s just all take a much needed breather for a moment.

That’s…. that’s a lot to digest. Looking over it all, you just… you… let’s just agree it’s really hard to get to a place where one can comfortably say Hillary is the, “safer” or more “moral,” choice in comparison to Donald Trump.

You might not like Donald Trump or his brand of conservatism. But if you have any semblance of respect for American values, our Constitution, Smaller Government, and Morality in general, don’t even think about approaching me with your #NeverTrump arguments.

Because on November 4th, I’m going to stand in a voting booth and look at a choice between Hillary, Donald or Write-in; with the future of our country at stake and my own morality on the line, there is zero chance in Hell I vote anyone other than Trump.

You have until November to convince me otherwise. And looking over that timeline of “accomplishments,” your path is steep. Godspeed.
