that was really interesting thank you .. what about IF for holidays ? let’s say i’m going on hols for 7 days. i will eat healthy quite often but as away meal prep is almost impossible (adding that i will be in my family’s house in south of france ha) would IF for 3/4 days would be acceptable ? as most of my high calories would come from dinners out with cheese/wine. Thanks
