Holy shit I love this article. Absolutely spot on with every single paragraph. This is how pissed I am about Hillary and I’m not even from the US. Because you know what? For decades Europeans have looked at the US as a sort of promised land, but I’ve noticed a change in that perception in recent years. America is no longer a place to move to. It’s a place to stay away from. We have it better, and it’s fucking absurd, because we’re not exactly perfect ourselves.

When I saw Bernie’s America ad for the first time, I realised that I was looking at a vision of America very close to the one I had before I grew disillusioned. Very close to the one I had before I realised that Hillary Clinton was the problem, not the cure. You’re not a first world nation, and you’re not a functioning democracy. You’re a 320-million strong labour force for an ever-growing elite. You deserve better.
