My only grind, which has nothing to do with the well written article or its content, nor the author, whom I adore, is that WMD is already implied plural. So you see: Weapons of Mass Destruction(s) makes little sense. Yet for some odd reason you see it used this way fairly commonly. Please stop. WMD can stand alone as singular or plural. Just don’t add an ‘s’ and you’re good. Sorry for the nitpicking.
