If it’s true that algos are better than drivers, then whether or not some people choose to drive is irrelevant.

If algos are better, then the algos will simply avoid manually driven cars, and the only people put at risk from manual driving are the occupants of the manual vehicle.

Again, we need to stop this all-or-nothing thinking.
